hGH and Your Health

Human Growth Hormone, hGH, is critical to the ageing, repair, health, immunity, libido and vitality mechanisms of the body and rapidly depletes in production as we age, resulting in weight gain, mental decline and physical decline, just to name a few of the many associated symptoms. Regarded clinically as the master hormone of the body, there are few events and processes that hGH is not directly or indirectly involved in controlling over the course of a lifetime.

Many, many factors are a part of your health. Hormone levels and balance are significant in this picture. Without hormonal balance, you simply are not able to be healthy. Hormones tell all of the glands and tissues of the body what to to and how hard to function.

When you are 21, your Human Growth Hormone (hGH) levels are at the peak of their potential production. I say potential, because if you are a couch potato, over-eating 21 year old, you will be unfit and unhealthy, just like a similar person in their forties or sixties. By the time you get to 61, on average, your hGH levels will have dropped by about 80%.  That means that all of the body's functions that are linked to hGH levels will also be similarly less active.

With the decline of hGH, fatty deposits and fat metabolism changes, making it harder to shift weight, especially from the dangerous areas of the abdomen and internal organs like the liver. Memory, mental alertness and processing suffer as insulin levels alter, failing to regulate blood sugar adequately to keep the brain working at peak; this extends into sleep and repair cycles too. Bones, muscle, tendons and other tissues simply can not repair as well as they could in your twenties because the building blocks are not being delivered correctly, another function of hGH and its influenced IGF (Insulin Like Growth Factors) levels. Muscles do not work as well as they did, and take far longer to recover. Nerve conduction speed declines as the body becomes less able to maintain the correct balance of chemistry within the nervous system to send and receive signals expertly.  The list goes on.

Rather than giving you a patronising list of 'no-brainers' and 'yes questions', how about we simply say that improving natural levels of hGH by switching on the body's ability to accurately produce youthful levels of hormones, including hGH will lead to easier and more efficient weight regulation, better performance, physically and mentally, restore libido, restore sleep patterns and many more obvious benefits. I assume that you, the reader, are bright enough to not need me to list the rest of these out; I refuse to treat you like an idiot; if you are here and reading, you have already distinguished yourself as bright enough to want to know and are taking the time to educate yourself,.. well done!

For the record, GenF20 Plus is a nutrient formula and is not subject to any ban in sports that I, the author, am aware of at time of publication. ASADA have been through the list of ingredients with me personally (by phone) and have found no issues with any of the ingredients as they are all available in common foods and food-stuffs.  The 'magic' is in the ratios and combination of these ingredients (see the Frequently Asked Questions for full details).

Human Growth Hormone (hGH) is the, "Master Hormone" of the body. Made deep in the brain, Human Growth Hormone is involved in pretty much every single action in the body at some level. hGH production declines over time (approx. 80% between 21 and 61 years old on average), but doesn't need to. The pituitary gland (in the central brain) is where hGH is made. This gland does not age in the same way as much of the rest of the body. It retains its full capabilities to produce youthful levels of hGH (unless damaged) but does not get stimulated to do so as we get older, hence, we age as hormone levels fall away with time. Using formulas like GenF20 Plus and GHR1000 are the safest and most effective ways to raise hGH levels naturally without triggering potentially dangerous hormone imbalances within the body. (GHR1000 is a Vegan vegetarian compliant formula.)
