Solutions and Alternatives
There are four main ways hGH levels are supplemented or elevated in the human body, but three of these four are with significant risk of hormonal imbalance and health challenges.
1. Stimulate the body to raise its own levels naturally – supporting natural function and maintaining hormonal balance. (GenF20 Plus does this.)
Unless the body is responsible for its own hGH production, hormonal balance will occur. Just think of "'roid rage", the anger and hormonal flux that comes with steroid abuse in sports or body-building. Our hormones need to be in balance. If they are not, the body simply can not operate within its normal parameters of operation. GenF20 Plus works by turning the receptors back on so that the requirements for hGH are heard by the Pituitary gland. Over-eating, over-drinking of alcohol, lack of exercise and many other things slowly mute these receptors. The Pituitary retains its ability to make hGH and its other hormones, it just stops hearing the calls as we slowly abuse our body into older age. This is a huge part of the ageing process. Now Genf20 can't turn back time (nothing can), but it can enable the body to find a more youthful mode of activity and operation. The end result? We feel, act and look younger!
2. Inject [recombinant] hGH – suffering the likely hormonal imbalance and exorbitant costs, requires a doctor's prescription and constant monitoring.
In situations where there is a medical lack of hGH, injecting is the only answer. These situations are rare though. In most cases, injecting hGH in any meaningful level of dose defines a hormonal imbalance; artificially raising one hormone's levels in relation to the other naturally occurring hormone levels in the body. This is an imbalance. Those who do this safely are investing up to $1500 per month to also increase the other key hormones at the same time. The problem is that the body becomes reliant on these supplements and as soon as they are stopped (when the money runs out), the benefits start waning away too.
3. Homeopathic hGH – risk the same imbalances as injected hGH but at far less cost – if it does anything for your body at all.
Science is pretty set in its view that homeopathic supplementation does not work in any meaningful way and that pretty much any effect seen is placebo based. I am not going to get into this debate and reserve my opinion in silence in this case. I will say that if homeopathic stimulation does occur, it should have the same effect as injecting, creating a hormonal imbalance.
4. Ingest oral hGH supplements – totally unrealistic.
hGH can not survive the saliva's digestive enzymes, much less those of the digestive system. Real hGH is expensive and illegal without prescription. To 'eat' hGH is one of the less logical and more farcical bits of marketing bullshit you can come across. The peptide is too big to pass through the digestive membranes before being broken apart by enzymes in the saliva and stomach, and there is no way that the body could absorb any meaningful dose; it is simply beyond the physiology of the way these things work. Anybody that tells you different is ignoring basic science and elementary medicine.
How can you boost your own levels without intervention? In the same old fashioned way folks,..
- Eat well and sensibly – consuming natural, unprocessed foods.
- Get rest and don't go past the point of exhaustion. Look after your mental health.
- Exercise daily and take care of your physical fitness – remember that there are only three markers of physical health; strength, endurance and flexibility – you need all three!
- Limit sugary and free energy foods and drinks (alcohol, flavored beverages, snack foods etc.)
This is all common sense stuff. I am not going to treat you like an idiot and tell you otherwise. The formula is simple, eat well, rest well and play well. Despite all the TV ads, all the shows and all the miracle cures, it still comes down to simple common sense.
